Copyright and intellectual property concerns
Minimalist Greens respects the intellectual property rights of creators, designers, photographers and other copyright owners. Website content may include written descriptions, original graphics, photographs, illustrations, design materials and other protected works. We take copyright concerns seriously and aim to address properly submitted notices in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), where applicable.
If you believe that material available on this website infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to represent, you may submit a written notice identifying the work and the material in question. Providing clear and complete information helps us locate the content, evaluate the concern and determine what action may be appropriate. Submitting a notice does not automatically establish that infringement has occurred.
Information required in a notice
To help us review a copyright complaint, include the following information to the extent required by applicable law:
- Your full name and contact information, including a valid email address and any other information required to communicate about the claim.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- The specific URL or other sufficiently detailed location of the material on this website so that it can be identified and reviewed.
- A statement explaining that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, where required, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature, together with any additional declarations required for a valid notice under applicable law.
Please provide enough detail for the material to be located without unnecessary investigation. Incomplete or unclear notices may delay the review process, and we may request additional information before determining the appropriate next step.
Review and response process
After receiving a notice, Minimalist Greens will review the information provided and assess whether the identified material can be located and whether further action is warranted. Depending on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements, we may remove or restrict access to material, contact the person responsible for providing it, or request clarification from the reporting party.
A notice may be referred for additional review if ownership, authorization or the location of the material is unclear. We do not guarantee a particular outcome or response time, and the submission of a complaint should not be interpreted as a determination of legal liability. Where appropriate, we may retain records of the notice and our response to document the handling of the request.
Counter notices and mistaken removals
If material has been removed or access has been restricted because of a copyright complaint, and you believe the action resulted from a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter notice where permitted by applicable law. The counter notice should identify the material that was removed, describe where it appeared before removal, provide your contact details and include the statements and consent language required by the applicable legal procedure.
A counter notice may require a physical or electronic signature and additional declarations concerning your good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification. Depending on the circumstances, it may also require consent to the jurisdiction of a relevant court and acceptance of service of process. Please review the applicable statutory requirements or consult qualified legal counsel before submitting a counter notice.
After receiving a sufficiently complete counter notice, we will review it and take any further steps required or permitted by applicable law. Reinstatement is not automatic and may depend on the facts, procedural requirements and any subsequent legal action.
Misrepresentations and good-faith submissions
Copyright notices and counter notices should be submitted only when the sender has a legitimate basis for making the statements contained in them. Applicable law may impose liability for knowingly making material misrepresentations in a notice or counter notice. Before submitting a complaint, please confirm that you have reviewed the relevant material and have authority to act on the rights asserted.
